Serving the Centre Region since 1949, the year that Ralph Witmer, a farmer in Buffalo Run Valley, decided to move his family to State College and start a construction company. In 1972, sons Vance and Gail bought the company and continued to build on their fathers strong work ethic and reputation. Since then the company has changed a little, but the workmanship and quality remains the cornerstone of our success.

Today Witmer Construction is still a family owned and operated business where Vance (president) and son Neal (estimator) carry on Ralph's tradition of quality construction. State College and the surrounding communities are dotted with numerous homes, churches, apartment houses, commercial buildings and a wide variety of residential and commercial remodeling projects that remain a testament to that continuing commitment.
